    Mechanical Engineer

     

    岗位职责:

    • 1:负责自动化装备类项目的售前或执行阶段的机械设计制造和现场调试工作,熟悉工艺,设计科学,解决问题,成本合理,符合客户需求。

      2:负责创造性地解决技术问题,在技术层面上寻找并管理供应商,按时完成节点任务,帮助获取订单,保证项目及时出货。

      3:负责各项工作文档的正确准备和及时提交。

    岗位要求:

    • 1:机械设计,机电一体化等机械专业本科以上学历,有志在市场竞争压力下从事机器人应用,非标专机及生产线的机械工程工作。

    • 2:独立或组织领导过非标机电一体化设备或机器人应用的相关设计,制作及现场调试。

    • 3:熟练使用AutoCAD 及3D设计软件,如Solidworks, ProE等,有较好的英文基础。

    • 4:沟通能力好,逻辑性强,思维清晰。

    • 5:目标导向,及时补位,工作负责。

    • 6:有工业机器人实际应用、非标自动化设备设计调试背景、焊接设备设计经验者优先。

    Responsibilities:

    1: Responsible for the mechanical design, manufacturing and field debugging of the automation equipment project in the pre-sales or execution stage, familiar with the technology, scientific design, problem solving, reasonable cost, in line with customer needs.

    2: Be responsible for creatively solving technical problems, finding and managing suppliers at the technical level, completing node tasks on time, helping to obtain orders, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

    3: Responsible for the correct preparation and timely submission of all work documents.

     

    Job requirements:
    1: Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design, mechatronics or other mechanical disciplines, willing to work in mechanical engineering of robot application, non-standard special machine and production line under the pressure of market competition.

    2: Independently or organized to lead the design, production and on-site debugging of non-standard mechatronics equipment or robot application.

    3: Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D design software, such as SolidWorks, PROE, etc., with good English foundation.

    4: Good communication skills, strong logic, clear thinking.

    5: Target oriented, timely filling, responsible.

    6: Experience in industrial robot application, non-standard automation equipment design and debugging, welding equipment design is preferred.

    • 2、负责现场施工过程中对进度、质量、安全等的跟踪管理。

    • 3、负责现场过程实施中与甲方的协调沟通。

    • 4、负责项目所有文件及验收资料的整理。

    • 5、懂机械方面信息,能看懂些图纸。

    • 6、能适应出差。

    • 2. Responsible for tracking and management of progress, quality and safety during the on-site construction process.

    • 3. Responsible for coordination and communication with Party A during the on-site process implementation.

    • 4. Responsible for sorting out all project documents and acceptance data.

    • 5, understand mechanical information, can read some drawings.

    • 6, can adapt to business trip.
